New Vue require an analytically minded Data Analyst/ Report Writer ideally with an understanding of Visitor Attractions/ Professional Sports Teams or other related industry.
Based in Celebration, Florida – newVue focuses on integrating multiple systems for mid-size attractions across the US. New Vue combine various data sets from systems such as POS, Ticketing, Food & Beverage, Weather Data, Guest Experience Data and in turn, deliver Reports and Dashboards as part of our OverVue, and ReVue platforms based on Microsoft Power BI. Our OverVue and Revue products allow our clients to see all of their Revenue, Attendance and guest feedback in one platform.
We are looking for a bright and focused individual to join our growing team! The role is based in Celebration and offers working from home. Applicants must have an eye for detail and a willingness to take ownership of projects and requirements.
Reporting to the Head of Technical Services you will be responsible for all existing client enhancements and insights. Using the New Vue integrated OverVue Solution you will help fulfil additional client requests to provide useful insights and dashboards with UI and UX in mind. As part of the role the candidate will manage, modify, and monitor integrations and reports for existing clients- and to assist with go live for new clients.
Establish a product roadmap for of the NewVue products- OverVue, ReVue and Guest Experience. The successful candidate will enhance and improve newVue existing solutions as part of a product roadmap. Improve and enhance our existing BI Products to streamline delivery.
The successful candidate is encouraged to innovate with new technologies, AI, Predictive Models and others to drive additional value for our clients as part of our Product Development Roadmap alongside delivering new client solutions.
Essential Skills:
Demonstratable experience of Power BI Desktop & Service.
Demonstratable experience in design UI and UX of data in Power BI
PowerApps & Power Platform
Strong client interaction skills
