Project Overview
AttractionPros is a top podcast for professionals in the visitor attractions industry, hosted by guest experience strategist Josh Liebman and leadership coach Matt Heller. With more than 440 episodes, the show features conversations with executives, operators, and innovators from theme parks, water parks, museums, zoos, family entertainment centers, and other venues. The podcast covers a wide range of topics, including business strategy, engineering, food and beverage, and women of influence.
As the episode library grew past 440 and continued to expand each week, the old website could not keep up. Publishing new episodes took too much time, and listeners found it hard to search or browse the archive. We redesigned the site to include a content management system that enables the AttractionPros team to publish quickly and consistently. Listeners now have easy-to-use tools to explore episodes by industry, category, or the latest releases.

Website Design
The new AttractionPros website shows the podcast as a leading, professional resource in the industry. Its clean, modern design highlights the show’s credibility and is easy for professionals at any career stage to use. The homepage features the latest episodes and offers browsing tools to help visitors quickly find content that fits their role. Host profiles, listener reviews, and sponsor spots are included to build trust and community without making the site feel crowded. The overall look makes it clear that AttractionPros is a respected voice in the industry.

Mobile Design
Most podcast listeners use their phones while commuting, traveling, or walking, so the AttractionPros mobile site is designed for them. The responsive design makes it easy to browse and find episodes on any device, with filters for industry and content category working just as well on mobile as on desktop. Listeners can quickly find an episode and tap to listen on their favorite platform, like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, or Podbean. Episode pages are simple and easy to read, with show notes, guest details, and links clearly displayed.
Improved Content Management
Since a new episode comes out every week, the AttractionPros team needed a backend that could keep up without needing technical skills. We created a structured publishing workflow so the team can add episodes quickly and consistently. Each episode page uses a clear template for cover art, show notes, guest details, platform links, and category tags, making every page look polished and professional without extra effort. This content management system saves time on publishing, letting Josh and Matt focus on recording great conversations with top experts in the attractions industry.
